RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, Notify us within 24 hours of receipt of order via email on customercare@roritoworld.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a  replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Order Cancellation & Refund

Once an order is placed, it can be requested for cancellation within 2 hours of order placement. No cancellation shall be allowed after the 2 hour period. Once the cancellation request is received within 2 hours of order placement, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. The refund process will take four working days and you will receive the refund amount directly in your account. Where it is not possible to refund the amount electronically, the company reserves the right to refund the amount through at par cheques.

In case of wrong phone number, wrong address or no collection of order during delivery, No Refund will be given.

An OTP will be sent to registered mobile number before delivery. In case of failure to mention OTP to delivery agent. Order will be cancelled. Refund will be given after deducting the delivery charges and RTO (Return to origin) Charges.

You may cancel your account at anytime by Logging in to your account or by emailing customercare@roritoworld.com
Once your account is canceled all of your content will be immediately deleted from the service. Since the deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
